When you gravitate towards a clean, streamlined look in your bath, black accents, like those in fixtures, can still “spice up” the bath space without the permanence of tile.
There are many good reasons to choose a black, or darker, fixture style. They’re great for contrasting your white surrounding space. They can pick up/accent dark veins found in natural stone. It can be both “tough” looking (ie: the dark metal look) while also being “natural” or “organic” depending on the shape you choose (ie: think curved faucets like the one shown above. It can also add a visual/design focal point to a space.
